MCDV2HD-W2G Motorcycle Dashcam

No more checking batteries in portable cameras or trying to turn it on in time to catch the events ahead, the MCDV2HD-W2G motorcycle dashcam is fitted permanently to your bike and records continually while the machine is running so nothing is missed and with the Smart Power module, installation is simpler than ever with just direct connection to the battery.
When you start the engine the vibration triggers the power to the device and recording starts just a few seconds later.

The unit is then running all the time, from startup to shutdown but if there is something which you want to be able to find the video of quickly later on, the handlebar controller is a manual event button which allows you to save those special files to quickly locate and watch afterwards.
With Wi-Fi accessibility there is no need to remove the micro SD storage card to check your files, jut log on using your Smartphone and check the system, view recorded files and save these to your phone for later.

GPS is included to add location data to the video record and allows you to see where you rode and when.

Standard video files can be set to record in loop lengths of 1, 3 or 5 minutes in length and when the storage card is full the oldest files will be recorded over but Key files saved using the handlebar controller*  or as an Event file from the G-Sensor will not be deleted.

Please Note! It is important that only high speed microSD cards are used as video files may not be recorded correctly on lower spec cards.
Also it is recommended to re-format the card on a regular basis after backing up any files required to extend the life of the card.

* This controller should not be used for novice riders or any rider not fully capable of operating this without taking their hands off the hand grips. The handlebar controller is not required for standard operation and if there is any question on the ability of the rider to use this safely it should not be fitted.
