Shipping and Returns

All orders will normally be despatched within 24 - 48 hours of being received, excluding weekends and public holidays (Queensland). If there is any unforeseen delays in shipping, we will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible.
Shipping is usually by Australia Post but we may use standard road freight for larger orders and we reserve the right to ship by other means if suitable.

If for any reason you wish to return any items, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt using the Contact Us form or emailing to info@outdoormobilegadgets.com.au for authorisation to return.
If any item arrives damaged, please photgraph the package and the damaged item and e-mail this to info@outdoormobilegadgets.com.au as we may need to change our packing or contact the shipping company about their handling methods.
For any reason other than damaged on receipt or product failure, the goods must be in original packaging, unused and in re-saleable condition. Any costs incurred in providing a refund will be passed on to the purchaser and deducted from the refund amount.

Damaged goods may be either repaired by us or replaced with an identical item or if the exact same item is not available you may select an alternative. If the alternative offerred is not suitable, we will offer a refund for the original value. The original item may need to be returned to us prior to replacement or for repair and if so, we will advise you of this and how to proceed.
Please note that if an item is to be returned, this must be done within 10 business days and must include all the original packaging and any included items and accessories unless advised by us otherwise.
